LAU Practice Lecturer and Director of the LAU Louis Cardahi Foundation Rachid Chamoun has been appointed special advisor for the Lebanese Ministry of Tourism by virtue of his invaluable contributions to cultural tourism. Dr. Chamoun, who is also president of the Confederation of the Phoenicians’ Route, will represent Lebanon in the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe Programme.
