Dr. Sola Aoun Bahous, interim dean of the LAU Gilbert and Rose-Marie Chagoury School of Medicine, was recently invited by the Association of Academic Health Centers to take part in its all-virtual 2021 annual meeting. Based on her “experience and leadership during COVID-19,” Dr. Bahous was requested to address the ways in which the pandemic impacted the role of academic health centers in education transformation.
