LAU hospitality and tourism students won top prizes at the annual HORECA Exhibit which took place at the Seaside Arena last week. Under the mentorship of Practice Assistant Instructor Ibrahim Haddad, Malakeh Safsouf won a gold medal in the Dessert Éclair Category, while Hiba Fakih scored the silver medal in the Open Sandwich Category. The Adnan Kassar School of Business congratulated the winners on their culinary achievements.
