Following weeks of rigorous leadership building, the LAU Model United Nations program held a two-day final conference, hosting more than 1,800 high and middle schoolers from 190 schools on the Byblos campus. The event was attended by UN Special Coordinator to Lebanon Joanna Wronecka, who applauded the efforts of 202 LAU student leaders at the helm of the program. The top-performing delegates were awarded 83 LAU scholarships.
