The first in a series of spotlights on policy events, Spotlight on Anti-Corruption Policy, was held by the Center for Policy Analysis in collaboration with Transparency International–Lebanon on August 29 at the Beirut Campus. Distinguished speakers provided valuable insights into the progress made so far, stressing the need for bold actions to redeem Lebanon’s regression on the Corruption Perceptions Index since 2012. Though the road is long, Dr. Leila Dagher, LAU assistant to the president for Public Policy, said “we can at least raise awareness at this time.”
