For the third consecutive year, Michel Kafrouny (BS ’17) has won the Best Event Planner of the Year in Faces Magazine’s 2024 Ottawa Awards, an upscale event celebrating people, places and businesses that help promote the city’s vibrance. Kafrouny, who is currently the Manager of Events and Industry Engagement at the Tourism Industry Association of Canada, garnered the highest number of votes from the public in the event planning category.
