Nutrition Postgrad Selected For Protein Production Training
Winner of the Food Security Competition and MS in Nutrition student Ranim Assi (BS ‘23) was selected to attend the Alternative Protein Production and Techno-Functional Characterization Training School at Ege University, Turkey, from March 6–8. This will be an enriching experience for Assi, said SoAS Interim Dean Haidar Harmanani, noting that “her success underscores her hard work and the high level of education that the faculty and the program consistently provide.”
