To optimize nursing students’ learning in a clinical setting, the Alice Ramez Chagoury School of Nursing held its 2nd annual workshop for current and new preceptors from various hospitals at the Byblos campus on January 11 to introduce them to the school’s mission, curriculum goals, and professional behavior standards. These professional nurses play a pivotal role in helping the students bridge the theory-practice gap, equipping them with the confidence and competence needed to deliver quality care.
