In line with its ethos, education for all, LAU has partnered with the Zakat Fund in Lebanon to establish the Zakat Fund in Lebanon Annual Designated Scholarship Grant in support of underserved students pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees. The MOU, signed on February 25 between LAU President Chaouki T. Abdallah and the Fund’s President Mohammad Ibrahim Al Jouzou, will take effect in fall 2025. This partnership furthers LAU’s commitment to providing every deserving student with access to a world-class education.
