LAU held a heartfelt Staff Service Recognition and Farewell Gathering on May 13 at the Beirut campus and May 14 at the Byblos campus to celebrate staff members marking 10, 20, and 30 years of service, and to bid farewell to this year’s retirees. LAU President Chaouki T. Abdallah acknowledged their lasting contributions, stating, “Universities are institutions that endure, but they endure because of the work of the unsung heroes.” He emphasized that LAU’s future depends on the continued unity, purpose, and excellence of its entire community.
