The UK-based Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) now recognizes the LAU civil engineering degree as “Fully satisfying the educational base for an Incorporated Engineer.” Graduates will no longer need to apply for an academic assessment to get an ICE professional qualification and will partially satisfy the educational requirements for a Chartered Engineer in the UK.
